My husband's birthday was in June and he has been talking about getting leather seats put in his Dodge Ram truck in place of his cloth seats. I took his truck to Tyler's because that's where he purchased the truck, so I was connected with Tim when I went to the service department. Tim got right on my request, got the seat covers ordered and put on the truck before my husbands birthday. He was exceptionally helpful, and the job was done great. On an off chance visit to Tyler Automotive, Wendy greeted us with a big smile. She treated us as if we were the only client she had even though we knew she was very busy that day. She took the time to help us decide what type of vehicle was best for our family and considered all of our family members in helping us with the decision. Two days later when our second vehicle died, she dropped everything to help us find a replacement car that would meet all of our needs. Wendy helped us look at various vehicles and compare them against each other.

My husband and I purchased a used truck from Tyler this week. '05 Ford F150 Lariat. First of all, our sales rep, Wendy was an amazing help to us. She has been working with us for months to find the perfect truck for us and whenever a potential truck came in, she was immediately in contact. So last week when she called and said she had a good vehicle for us to look at, I knew that we would be buying it before we ever saw the thing. Sure enough, we loved this truck and went ahead and bought it. So far, so good. Truck runs great and the interior was spotless when we picked it up, their car detail crew is awesome also!

The customer service at Tyler is seriously fantastic! Looking forward to shopping for another car there down the road.

We just purchased a used minivan after being referred to Paul and Calvin by a good friend of ours. They took such good care of us and made the whole process very easy. They were willing to stay late for us and work around our busy schedules. Customer service was fantastic. It gets consistently more difficult to find that these days. I am so happy with my "used" van. I find it hard to call it used since its in supreme condition with only 15,000 miles on it, We will continue to purchase and have our vehicles serviced there.
